About Kidz'n Power
Maricopa ATA Black Belt Academy (ATA Martial Arts), in partnership with AMBERAlert.com, is launching a worldwide initiative to help minimize the risk of child abduction through education. ATA’s Kidz’n Power program covers important safety information in a straightforward, non-threatening way including break away techniques, stranger warning signs, tips to deal with bullies and internet safety precautions.
With the recent Amber Alert that was initiated right here in Maricopa earlier this year, we at Maricopa Black Belt Academy, along with our supporting partners, understand the need to help educate and inform the youth in our community about the dangers of sexual predators and the like. It is for this reason and our sincere concern for our community that we would like to offer our one-time Kidz'n Power program for FREE to kids of all ages. We are committed to the opportunity to educate and empower our youth to protect themselves in the moment of distress.
We have designated the month of September every year as ATA Kidz’n Power Child Safety Month. Kids will enjoy fun activities and learn valuable information regarding child abduction prevention.
